Updater 1.1 Problem FYI

Hello. After my iPod died from updating to 1.1 and trying everything to fix it, I just spent over an hour on the phone with tech support. She was not aware of any problem with the updater and this was the first call she received. I told her she needed to check out the Discussions page as many people were having problems. After the hour-plus conversation, it ended with me having to send the iPod in for service and hopefully will receive it back in a week to ten days! Very frustrating!!!
