Green reflection on skin REMOVEABLE

Hey everyone.

I have a portrait where the green around a tree was just a little too much and cast a really light green on the skin (neck) - it's really not horrible but my client complained that the print with her florecents (she doesnt want to change bulbs) magnifies the green. Any thoughts on how to get the green out the green skin on her neck?
