I'm curious, where is setup located? Try doing a Spotlight search for the app first to make sure that the app is on the iPad. Go to your home screen. Swipe to the right to bring up the search feature, type Netfix in the field at the top and see if the App shows up in the search. If it shows up, swipe to the left to return to the home screen and start swiping from screen to screen to see if it's on another screen. Look in all of your folders as well.
If you still can't find it, connect the iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. Select the iPad from under the devices heading. Select the apps tab in the iTunes window on the right. Look at all of your screens in iTunes and see if you can find it.
If none of that works try these two things.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. See if you can find the app.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. See if the app shows up.
