If I re-instal itunes will I lose all my music/podcasts?
try reinstalling itunes, restoring your ipod, and contacting apple
no you do not as long as theyre on your hard drive.. they probably are tho
It acctually broke because I wacked it....will re-instaling acctually help? It sounds like it might acctually be a mechanical problem inside it
your best bet would to buy a new one. or apple will fix it but it can be pricey.
Keep trying though, maybe its software not hard ware and still try reinstalling itunes
well its not reconized on my computer or itunes so how can i click restore? and is there a way i can fix it by just instaling a new hard drive in the ipod?
Yes! Same thing here! I tried to re-install iTunes..........didn't have anything I could do to re-install......Not quite sure what to do.....buying a new one would fix my problem, but I would need a classic and they can be pricey too......Argh, this stupid ipod is making weird noises again..........
What I'm just going to do is just get new parts and instal them I know how to do that for you I can't help because I think you just need a new hard drive
Argghhh...I knew it. Thanks for your help though, it wasn't exactly the same as my situation....but I'm sure it will be amazing help for anyone else-it looks like heaps of people have the 'case of the frowny😠face'!
