dissertation or thesis writing in Pages

I'm starting to write my PhD dissertation. Does anyone have a good template to start from?

The title page, acknowledgements, and so on use roman numerals for page numbers. Regular numbers are starting at the first chapter. Ideally the table of contents would automatically reorganize whenever I move sections around, like swapping chapter 2 for chapter 3. I know pages can do it.
