My iphone somehow got stuck in Spanish

Hello,

I noticed that my iphone4 running 4.3.5 suddenly thinks I am Spanish. The autocorrect and all of the keyboard buttons have Spanish language on them.

If I go to the International control panel, it still says "English", though. I have tried setting it to French, and it changes to French. I try changing it back to "English" or even "British English", and instead it shows me Spanish. Actually, the control panel language does show up in English but the keyboard and autocorrect are the things stuck in Spanish.

How do I fix this?

If you bring up your keyboard, did you try to tip on the little globe icon? You can switch the languages using this icon while typing and is does not change your general language settings.
