how do you go to router account settings? Sorry that I am not good at this. Thank you
I would try to look up your router manual online if you don't have it. Often you can reset a router to "factory settings" which can reset the passwords for the router and for WPA, etc.
If you still remember your router's "master password", there will be a screen somewhere in the menus. It will configure your wireless network.
If you have forgotten your master password, there is a "reset button". It is recessed, probably near the power connection. You will likely need a pointed thing (pen tip, etc). Makes it "factory original". Then you can set up a new master password and wireless network again.
I always fear the day I forget my router's "master password" and must start again from scratch.
