Please i just bougth the iphone 4 less then a month and i don t know what happend but i can t charge it

Help please

Plug iPhone in with USB cable and Wall Charger. Leave it on the Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn on itself. If not on, then with iPhone still connected to Wall Charger, Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone starts up. Usually less than 20 seconds time.

I make the phone on DFU mode and i charge it

So that mean i have to install the new softwore

But im worry if i install it i will lose my unlock Phone some one can help please

Thanks you for your answer the phone until now is on it was 13 % but now im charging it in Duf mode so it got 20 % but i need other solution
