Netflix app not showing in mainscreen for apple TV??? WHY???

I've used netflix very often at home on the 2nd generation version, so I decided to bring it to work to watch netflix there (break hours) of course but the netflix app will NOT show up under internet like it did at home, WHY??? I was able to log on one time but when I backed out and when back to main screen on apple tv it would not show the option for netflix anymore?? This is frustrating, can anyone help me please?? Thank you

That is a network issue. Reboot ATV and router

I had a problem with Netflix too. When ever Netflix put out a update my Apple TV would not update so I would get video but no sound. Some no video. So I had to do a complete reset on my Apple TV to erase and restore after I did that everything worked. Wa La! I have to do that every time Netflix gets a update!
