Contact your cellular service provider. Some will do this for you over the phone with a customer service rep in certain circumstances. Others allow you to block numbers using a web interface.

like samsung ,black berry, sony , nokia in these brands u can block un wanted numbers and message thats why i purchesed apple but disapoined such a big compney thay dont hv small featcher.or take back my phone what ever u want to detect i dont mind

its not that way that i am not happy with apple not happy means just for blocking the unwanted numbers other wise apple is good must be way out to block unwantede numbers

In order to do that, you will need to contact your carrier and find out what blocking services they offer.
