Wrong encoding of compressed folder

(My system is in Simplified Chinese and so are the names of some of my files.)

Today, I compressed a folder of some documents, with the built-in compress in the contextual menu.

and then sent the .zip file to a Windows user via email.

But when that guy decompressed(unzipped) the archive, the files inside had wrong encoding in both file names and the content, which made the files fail to open.

I guess this is a bug of Lion system.

HAS ANYONE ALSO MET THIS PROBLEM BEFORE?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.1), Mac OS X in Simplified Chinese
