Have Verizon DSL with msn premium. I can not set up msn email. Error in incoming server etc.. (My verizon email set up fine). Apple could not help as it is an msn/verizon problem

I am unable to set up msn email on my Ipad 2 with wifi. I have Verizon DSL with msn premium. My verizon email address set up fine. Does anyone have a step by step method and what needs to be changed. Thank you
