Ive tried what the support says to do. Also connected it to a different computer and it recognises it so assuming its my laptop. Tried uninstalling and installing itunes but nothing working ): Thanks

I had the same problem and was told to move the iTunes media folder to an external harddisc,
uninstall and reinstall iTunes and then reimport the files from the external harddisc - and it worked 🙂
Hopefully it'll work for you, too !!! Make sure that the apps you've purchased has been saved, too,
as mine got lost... but I didn't have much, so I'm just going to buy them again !! Just so happy it
works again !!
