It will also not show up in itunes..
The liquid damage indicators are both white... when I compared the ports on my phone and my friends phone there are no differences that I can see... And I've cross tested every cable and charger with another phone and they are all good.

I've also restarted computer + updated that, and uninstalled/reinstalled Itunes.. As well as many times resetting my phone
You need to replace the battery. Apple won't tell you that, but they will give you a refurbished phone if your still under waranty. If not, you get an opportunity to pony up $199 for a refurbished phone.

Maybe if people would actually try the basic troubleshooting steps BEFORE they posted a frantic "what should I do?" here, we wouldn't have to tell them to try it so often.
