Mac Mail Lion OSX 10.7.1 keeps crashing ( Restore Windows )

I recently updated Security Update 2011-005 Lion on my iMac and now Mac Mail crashes everytime on startup. All my email accounts (3) are imap.

Here is the error message:

" The application “Mail” unexpectedly quit while trying to restore its windows. Do you want to try to restore its windows again? "

When you click on either option, it tries to load Mail, freezes and crashes within a few seconds no matter what or where you click.

I've checked numerous posts and google searches with no solutions.

The only thing that works is turning off Airport. Then mail opens ok in offline mode. Once Airport is turned on it freezes/crashes mail again and hangs up Airport until reboot. Same thing ad nauseum.

The steps I've tried in fixing are:

1) Repair permissions, 4 times, and also from Lion Recovery Mode.

2) Disabled junk mail filter

3) Reset system password and ACLs from Lion Recovery Mode.

4) Changed access permissions on the Mac Mail app in applications folder.

5) Reinstalled the security update, twice.

6) Keychain first aid repair

7) a bunch of other stuff I can't remember including deleting some preference file in library V2 or something, list goes on.

8) Deleted one of my mail accounts (google) to see if it was the issue

Any suggestions? Never had issues with Mac Mail before. There seems to be many people frustrated out there with this similar issue.
