my iphone says its disabled

i have an iphone 3g and i recently broke the screen replced it and now it says its disabled, i followed some instructions and tryed to fix it via itunes in recovery mode but it wont work says i have a 1015 error i think my phone was jainbroken or upgraded and now says i cant down grade it

What can i do ???
