Itunes (on Windows XP) crashes every time while syncronizing directory containing photos and videos taken by iphone 4. Removing videos from the directory solves the problem but leaves videos not copied to iphone. Why itunes does not accept videos created using Apple's own algorithm (codec) and what can be done ?

I am having the same problem. I even tried save the videos as .mov, .m4v, etc.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
