The music that you sync to the iPad goes into the iPod app - the iTunes app on the iPad is just the iTunes store.
For info posting in all capitals is consider to be SHOUTING.
Sorry us barbarians for "shouting". Can you explain again how I sync music from my PC to the IPod?

Try here:
Connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and then select it on the left-hand side of iTunes. On the right-hand side there should then be a number of tabs, one of which is Music. If you select that Music tab you can then select which music you want to sync to the iPad from the content that you've got on your computer's iTunes. Whatever you sync will then copy over and appear in the iPod app on the iPad. You can also buy music directly on the iPad in the iTunes app (which is just the iTunes store) - that will then download into the iPod app.
This page refers specifically to syncing music to iPod or iPhone, but it looks to be the same as it is for the iPad (I can't find an iPad specific page) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1351 .
