Importing from Outlook 2011 to iCal, Address Book

Anybody know if there's a way to import Contacts and Calendar info from Office for Mac 2011's Outlook into iCal and Address Book in Lion?

Mac OS X (10.7.1)

Calendar:

I would sync the Outlook calendar into an empty Google Calendar, using Google Calendar Sync. Do a one-way sync from your Mac to Google and then switch off the sync function.

You can then either just add the Google calendar to your Mac and store everything online or alternatively you can export the Google calendar as an .ics file and then import it into Apple iCal

Contacts:

Export you Outlook contacts as a .pst fileand import those into Google Contacts

Then either sync Apple Address Book to Google to get them all back in http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1245, or export them from Google in vCard format and import that file into Apple Address Book

Or just turn on Sync Services in Outlook's Preferences. Check the Tools menu, then Sync Services, to make sure you're syncing what you need. You'll also need to make sure you have the latest update to Outlook/Office to enable iCal syncing.

Matt

That doesn't work if the OP is using iCloud for his contacts and calendars.
