Command Z: How to undo an undo ?

Hi all experts,

I have a simple & elementary question but cannot figure out.

I tried to play around with some key points and effects ...

Then I accidentally pressed command-z and it undo the settings. Do I get it back ?

If you look in the Edit Menu you will see the Undo and Redo commands together with the keyboard shortcuts.

Most of the other Menu items do the same.
