When I write something in the help menu it lists me all the possible references, but then when I click on a reference from the list I'm bounced in a white page 😟

Delete the following items from your home folder, log out, log back in, and try again:
Library/Caches/com.apple.helpd
Library/Caches/com.apple.helpviewer
Library/Preferences/Apple Help Prefs
Library/Preferences/com.apple.help.plist
Library/Preferences/com.apple.helpviewer.plist
I tried but hte issue is still there.
I found only:
Library/Preferences/com.apple.help.plist
Library/Preferences/com.apple.helpviewer.plist
while the followings weren't there
Library/Caches/com.apple.helpd
Library/Caches/com.apple.helpviewer
Library/Preferences/Apple Help Prefs
I must say that I noticed the issue after that I interrupted an update, I mean I switched off the computer to install the update and since it was lasting too much I rebooted hardly (I pressed for a few seconds the power switch).
In that case, you may need to reinstall the OS. Back up all data first, and run Software Update afterwards.
The help has disappeared
