Does itunes charge monthly for ringtones or is it a one time charge
I want to download ringtones from itunes on my iphone, but does itunes charge monthly for ringtones or is it a one time charge just like downloading a song.

It's a one-time charge per download. As long as you have a copy of the ringtone, you won't be charged again.
