VNC with Multiple Displays

I know poeple are having issues with VNC in general, but here is a very specific one.

I log on fine with my RealVNC on myiPad, get to see my main screen but the cursor does not respond.

Looking at the real desktop (MBP) while trying this I notice that the cursor is in the wrong place.

This is because I have multiple displays and VNC seems to be mapping the cursor position accross the entitre Multi Display area, causing it to appear in the wrong place, and causing it to not appear at all on the VNC client.

The upshot is that I can not select anything and therefore VNC is broken.

I add this discussion for clarity in case you are having problems and have multiple displays, the fixes and work arounds in the other VNC discussions probably will not work.

I am using many different VNC clients, all with the same problem. This is a Lion issue without a doubt, but I found a workaround that works perfectly, thanks to you.

1. The auxiliary screen must be on the right. If you don't want to physically re-arrange your computer monitors, you can simply drag the menu bar and dock into the screen on the left in the display preferences.

2. Both screens must be aligned from the top. If one screen is bigger than the other, make sure that the "unevenness" is on the bottom.

And that's it! This has been plaguing me for months, but it all makes sense now. Any idea how to report this finding to Apple? This seems to be the only thread on the Internet that has really nailed the issue.
