my screen some how is black n white.. :( so i see everything in black and white, can somebody please help me change it to the regular colors...

Open the Universal Access pane of System Preferences, click on the Seeing tab, turn off White on Black, and drag the Contrast slider all the way to the left.

I don't understand much of what u are telling me, I'm Norwegian, and all on my phone is in my language. Should I go in to settings and fix it from there? I will try to but the phone in English while u are answering me:)

Sounds like you have an iPhone problem. Try turning off Inver Colors in Settings>General>Accessibility.
