How To remove an invisible app??

After installing blue fire reader there appears to be NO icon on THE desktop to start THE app, enen i try to reinstall it, THE message says that it is al ready installed!! So How can i remove an app icon that appears tobe not therke?? Please help ???

Sometimes giving your iPada restart helps it pop up... also, you could check to see if it's on a second screen (new apps are always installed on a new screen for my iPad, even though my home screen has room).
