FCS Licensing - Deregister to register on different computer... Possible?

I have FCS registered on my MacBook Pro which is broken and in for repair. Is there a way to deregister it so I can register it on my Mac Mini?

Final Cut Studio '09, Mac OS X (10.7.1)

It's not neccesary.

Simply install on the other computer and you are done.
