How do you transfer photos from computer to iphone?

Sync them as you would anything else.

A good start would be to Read The Fine Manual, http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf. Also a link in Safari on your phone. Chapter 11 on page 117 is what you are looking for, but there is a lot that the phone can do that you will never know if you don't read the rest of the manual.

Try a different browser.

Open itunes, connect iphone, go to photos tab, select what you want, sync.

You have to make a folder and put the pictures you want in that one folder and when you connect to iTunes (you need iTunes to be able to download pictures or any kind of documents into an apple device) there should be a slot there that says pictures and select the name of the folder where you put the pictures into!
