what is the least expensive ipad available? My younger brother needs one and he will only be using it to search the internet and perhaps play games. What do you recommend? He is legally blind and uses as iphone but would benefit from the larger screen of an ipad so much more.

iPad2 16 GB Wi-Fi is the least expensive iPad you can go into the Apple Store, Best Buy, etc and purchase new. The price is $499. You could certainly go online and see if you can get a used or refurbished Original iPad for less. Personally, I opt for the new iPad with a full one year warranty.
