How can I sync my voice memos without erasing?

I'm trying to sync my iPhone 3gs to my new labtop, without erasing the things I've already got on there. Primarily, I want to sync my voice memos to my computer so that I can save them for later. They contain many of my son's first sounds and other things I don't want to chance losing. When I go through the process of trying to sync the voice memos (Music>Include Voice Memos) it says Sync and Erase. I don't want to proceed and chance losing my memos. What do I do??
