Can't move items to trash from second hard drive

Hi there,

I can't seem to move files or folders to the trash from my second internal hard drive. I can move them from my SSD (which is my boot drive) and they go to the trash with no problem, and can also move files from any of my external drives to the trash, but when I try to move files from my second internal hard drive to the trash I get a message saying:

"Are you sure you want to delete “whateverfolderorfile”? This item will be deleted immediately. You can’t undo this action."

Why is this happening and how can I fix it? Is it an issue with my permissions? (Yes, I've tried fixing permissions in disk utility).
