A few weeks ago, I got an iMac 21,5".
I would like to say that I cannot read the text very good because it is too small.
Is there any way I could change the font size?

Have a look in System Preferences>Displays and choose a different resolution to see if there is one that you're more comfortable with.
I tried that but the quality is not the same. I mean if I choose a small resolution, it looks like a blurry screen.
If you are referring to the text size used for file names, both in icon view and the various list views, that is changeable. While in Finder, use the Show View Options item in the View menu to access that setting.
If you are referring to the text size used in menus, that can not be changed directly other than by changing the screen resolution.
However, you can use either of the Zoom features for temporary enlargement of the viewed area -
• If you have a Magic Mouse, you can use the basic Zoom feature: hold down the Control key and stroke the mouse in the scroll gestures to enlarge and return the view.
• You can also use the Universal Access Zoom feature. Go to System Preferences > Universal Access > Seeing and turn it on. Then you can used the keyboard instructions Command/Option/- and Command/Option/= to enlarge and return the view.
Unfortunately, Yosemite has even smaller Finder font than any previous OS, at least so it seems to me when upgrading 4 computers.
Reducing resolution is not viable nor is the Zoom factor. Apple really needs to listen to those that have been Apple users since the '80s and are now having eye problems. As I recall, when Apple went to OS 10, the menu bar font and icons got smaller (as a result of resolution modifications) but Apple allowed the desktop font/icons to remain changeable.
It would be a simple matter of Apple giving the ability to increase/vary/maintain the size of the menu bar and the text in the Finder. If Apple was really concerned about the user, why not make that small change.
Someone with power needs to enlighten them.
