I have a Brother HL-5370DW printer working wirelessly with the iMac/Lion OS. It is printing fine.
But I am not able to find the setting to enable duplex printing. Where is the "knob" to turn on the duplex printing?

Every printer driver is different. You will need to look through the differnt options when you go to print something. At the moment I'm connected to a HP Officejet 7700 series that looks like:
My reason for posting the picture was to show you this is what it looks like on this printer however on yours who knows where Brother has hidden that option or if they even offer it for OS X.
I found the option. It was hidden under the third selection from the print menu. When the print menu first displayed, it will show "Copies & Pages"; click it and the it will give you bunch of options, choose "Layout" and the two-sided printing is in there. It is working. Thank you.
Great glad you found it, you may want to click on the legend and select either the Correct or Helpful option, this could help other users with the same printer.
