Wiki Server won't start?

I recently bought a Mac Mini and sent it off to Nexcess. I've got a static IP there as part of my colo package, and that required a bit of tweaking for SNMP and so forth. I've got two problems left.

First off: The Wiki service.

system.log output

Sep 19 16:36:20 library org.apache.httpd[4646]: httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using library.7storm.org for ServerName

Sep 19 16:36:22 library servermgrd[2029]: servermgr_web: waiting for pid, file /private/var/run/httpd.pid.

Sep 19 16:36:22 library org.apache.httpd[4656]: httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using library.7storm.org for ServerName

Sep 19 16:36:23 library servermgrd[2029]: servermgr_web: cannot read webApp dictionary for webApp:com.apple.webapp.collab

Sep 19 16:36:23 library servermgrd[2029]: servermgr_wiki: waiting for wiki to respond

Sep 19 16:36:25: --- last message repeated 3 times ---

Sep 19 16:36:25 library servermgrd[2029]: servermgr_wiki: Timed out trying to confirm wiki is responding.

So I run:

library:~ fate$ sudo launchctl list | grep collab

Password:

98 - com.apple.collabsandboxd

99 - com.apple.collabfeedd

- 0 com.apple.collabd.quicklook

100 - com.apple.collabd

101 - com.apple.collabd.notifications

- 0 com.apple.collabd.expire

102 - com.apple.collabcored4

103 - com.apple.collabcored3

104 - com.apple.collabcored2

105 - com.apple.collabcored1

106 - com.apple.collabauthd

library:~ fate$

sudo serveradmin fullstatus wiki

wiki:state = "STOPPED"

wiki:countOfActiveUsers = 0

library:~ fate$

And that's where I am on that.

It's worthy of note that in order to get httpd to start AT ALL I had to comment out the following two lines (156 and 157 in /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf)

#LoadModule auth_user_host_apple_module libexec/apache2/mod_auth_user_host_apple.so

#LoadModule auth_session_apple_module libexec/apache2/mod_auth_session_apple.so
