Turn a Project into a New Library?

I have an Aperture Library with many Project folders. How can I turn one of these Projects into a New Library? Take Project folder out of this Library and create an entirely new Library? Many thanks in advance for your attention.

Select your project in the library and from the main menu go to

Export -> Project as New Library
