The user guide says to connect your ipad2 to your imac to sync. Where on the ipad2 do you connect a usb cable? Will any usb cable work? what does the usb cable that came with the ipad2 look like?

In the box that your iPad came in their should be a white cable with a standard USB plug on one end and a wider 30 pin connector on the other.

I finally figured it out. I was just being stupid for a while.
How ingenius is it of Apple to come up with a simple solution....just one cable to connect to a iMac usb port and a cable to recharge the battery. Simply Apple!!!!
