In iMovie Apple supplied Music Vamps are apparently Copyright material?

I recently completed a iMovie project with some background music I bought from iTunes, when uploaded to uTube got grief about the music being copyrighted. So I remmoved the Frand Sinatra track and put in a vamp from the iMovie music menu where the artist was Apple Computer Inc.,( actualy the 44th Street long aif) when I uploaded to Utube I got the copyright warning again but now about that music clip What is the deal here, are we alound to publish a movie using these sound clips and effects or not? Perhaps someone from Apple who sees this can give us a response.

YouTube often gets its undergarments in a twist about this. You ARE entitled to use the music and jingles bundled with iMovie, iDVD and Garageband. Have a look at this thread:

As pointed out by contributor BrendaAnderson1 this is the key phrase in the License:

". You may use the Apple and third party audio content (“Audio Content”), contained in or otherwise included with the Apple Software, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original soundtracks for your video and audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own soundtracks that were created using the Audio Content, however, individual samples, sound sets, or audio content may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound files, sound effects or music beds. "

Apple has granted you a license,...You may not bundle up these items and try to resell tham as rights cleared, copyright free samples, clips, and sound effects, or give them away to your friends to use. Any claims made by other parties counter to this license provided to you by Apple has not read or do not understand the license.
