"The update “iTunes” can’t be installed.

I did all the software updates recently and iTunes is the only application that I'm having a problem with.

I keep trying to reinstall iTunes but I always get this errort message:

The Installer could not install some files in “/”. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."

Is anyone having the same problem??
