How do I convert downloaded aspx to pdf?

HELP!

I work out of a medical office and routinely download patient payment statements from the payer website. In Windows, this used to download to a pdf easily. But since I got my Mac Air, it downloads the file to an aspx extension that cannot be opened by anything. Is there a way to convert this to pdf? This is critical for me as many insurance payments are based on getting copies of these statements. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried opening the ASPX file using your web browser. Generally, any web browser will open ASPX files. Once open, simply "print" the file, and from the print options dialog box, use the drop down menu on the PDF button, select save as PDF file.

Just change the file extension from .aspx to .pdf.
