Safari loading pages very slowly

Hi I am on a Windows 7 (64 bit), and Safari is only partially loading pages. I have been on this thing for more than three hours and on the pages on all four tabs that I have open, the blue bars are only an inch along and the beach ball has been spinning forever. The pages have been like this the entire time. It started doing this yesterday, before that it was working perfectly fine. I have tried resetting Safari (minus history, I still want that), clearing the cache, using both google dns and OpenDNS, and disabling DNS prefetching (which isn't working). When I try to put in the command to disable dns prefetching,

“\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support\defaults.exe” write com.apple.safari WebKitDNSPrefetchingEnabled -boolean false

it tells me "the system cannot find the path specified". Anybody know what this means?

Now I have no idea what else to do. I am using other browsers at the same time and this only happens with Safari. The other browsers are loading pages just fine.

Guys I've had the same problem and it was plaguing all my Apple computers. What is happening is a DNS issue I believe. So click this link to use Google's Public DNS servers. They work great! Lighting fast on both old MacBook and a new one!!!!

Google Public DNS

Here's what it looked like for me when I was done. I added it on both my Wi-Fi and Ethernet DNS Advanced Setting Tab.
