iTunes helper not installed, error 7

I have uninstalled and reinstalled more times than I can remember and followed all of the instructions of removing itunes, quicktime, bonjour etc.

Still nothing.

I'm about ready to smash a knee cap open.

Will someone please tell me what i can do besides the usual?!
