The user troubleshooting steps are to:
- Power the iPhone off/on
- Reset the iPhone, hold down the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release
- Restore the iPhone from a backup
- Restore the iPhone as a new device
- Trip to the Genius Bar
After each troubleshooting step take the time to see if that resolves your problem before trying the next step.
