Lion does not support Quickbooks Pro 2006. How do I access all my business records???

Another wonderful surprise with LION!!! I cannot access all my business records in Quickbooks Pro 2006. Is there a way to get around this disaster. Never has there been a software update as bad or as costly as LION. Having to replace much software!! What a mess!!

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7)

This was not a surprise for those of us who did our research before the upgrade.

Best thing to do is to export to a Lion-compatible program. Is QuickBooks Essential sufficient for you? Because that does work on Lion.

Also see suggestions here:

Intuit has announced the upcoming availability of QuickBooks 2012, which will supposedly provide Lion support:

PS - Elliot, you're confusing Quicken with QuickBooks.... easy to do!
