Cannot Transfer video footage from SD Card to Final Cut

I have a Panasonic SDHC 32GB card with footage that I can't seem to log and transfer from the card.

The only feature that they all seem to have in common is that they are long Clips (10min+), the smaller clips transferred just fine.

#1, 8, 9 ,10 and 12 clips are the clips that I haven't been able to transfer.

I know it's not the camera (An AG-HMC150P) as I filmed last week and my friend was able to transfer all the footage from my camera using FC into his computer.

Any help would be appreciated!

I believe it might have something to do with the audio as the clip transfers the video clips and right when it begins to transfer the audio that's when it says the transfer fails. (red icon with "!")

Could be corrupted clips on the card. Try copying the card as a whole to your hard drive, and transfer from there. But, still, could be a corrupted data file.
