why is my itunes store not opening on my itunes?

If you could please be a bit more specific that would help.

Same here! I keep trying to update some iPhone apps and after about 5 minutes error pops up " unable to access ITunes store" and cancel or retry buttons. This has been continuing since Friday. Powered off and on the iPhone a few times and still same error. What is going on?

Again "Cannot connect to ITunes Store"

I'm having the same problem. It's saying something about check my network connection. But, obviously it's all good. I had a moment there where i could open any page i could except any apple/itunes websites too.

Is there something going on i don't know about?

I would say try several times and see if it comes trough.... not sure if this is internet connection issue or with iTunes Store itself but i would say the latter one...

It sure seems to be ITunes Store. Same thing on iPad and I can still log in HERE just fine.
