few questions about ipod touch 4 :(

I want to buy an Ipod from abroad...will the WiFi connection work in my country??? i mean will it connect no matter where i am?(between states)

and second question..If I connect from a place that have a WiFi connection and download apps. and than i will be at a place that don't have a WiFi connection, would i be able to use the apps( without a WiFi connection) or does the apps. support only internet connection? (WiFi)

I'm sorry for my bad explanation and English!! BUT please HELP me ! THANK YOU : )))

The iPod touch will work on any Wi-Fi network they all use the same signal. The only time you would need Wi-Fi access is an app that needs to download data i.e. a Internet radio app and game, but most apps work without a consent Wi-Fi connection.

but i didnt understand something....what do u mean a "data i.e" ?? and "a game"? u mean every game that i download only works with consent wifi connection??

No, some game do need data but most don't if you are playing multi-player versions then you would need a Wi-Fi connection. Data is just a general term for apps like e-mail, Internet radio, iTunes.
