PSU monitoring

Is there a monitoring software included in the new Mac Pro 5,1's which will enable me to monitor my overall power consumption at any given time, as well as break down how much each component is drawing?

In particular I want to see what my power hungry video cards are drawing all the time.

I know something like this used to exist in older versions of the Mac Pro (pre 2009 I believe), but I have forgotten the name and I am not sure that it is available for the latest generation...
