Keyboard Typing on its own.

I will type a document, or in a search window, and i will come back and it will have typed two or three extra keys at random or the last key that i type. When the Control key is showing on the screen i cant type anything. So, i will hit the control key and then i will able to type. I turned on the click sound just to listen and determine if the extra keys are really typing, and i turned on show keys as well to find out. These keys Control, Command and Option will type on their own. Then occasionally no keys at all will work.

Go to System Preferences > Universal Access > Keyboard and check to see if either Sticky Keys or Slow Keys got turned on somehow. If it either has, turn it off.

Note that Sticky Keys can be accidentally toggled by pressing the Shift key five times. This toggling can be disabled in the same place by unchecking that item.
