How Do You Mount NTFS and FAT32 in Safe Mode Using Terminal?

Hi. How do you mount in Lion safe mode using Terminal NTFS and FAT32. I need transfer to another disk files from an NTFS and a FAT32 disk. Disk utility won't mount them in safe mode. thank you in advance.
