Text cursor slow

Hi,

i've been looking everywhere but still I han't an answer on this please help!!

The problem is that in any text fild I use the text cursor with harrow keys (es. moving within words and sentences) is very slow moving... This happens with any software, in any text field or document... Keeping it still goes extremely slow, to go quicker I'm forced to I to click repeatedly.
