I have tried turning my Iphone on and off, rebooting the router, forgetting and reconnecting to the network. Up until yesterday my iphone perfectly reached the home wi-fi anywhere with great signal. Now it can only find it when i'm standing right next to the router and still has poor signal. How can I fix this?

This is most often caused by Flex Cable #6 (WiFi Antenna Flex Cable) coming loose from the Logic Board. This is easy fix for the Apple Genius. At my Apple Store the Genius will do this for free. Make appointment with Apple Genuis, and ask them to reseat #6 back to the Logic Board.
Basic troubleshooting is reset, restart, restore. Has any of this been tried?
Many issues I have seen reported about Wi-Fi required the router to be powered off and back on to resolve.
